For some residents, Harmony may serve as their home, while for others, it may be a short-term visit to recover from surgery, injury, or illness before returning home. Regardless of your length of stay, our team is here for you and your families.
The foundation of our care is your care team, which includes your primary care nurse, certified nursing assistants, and therapists who will be working closely with you. We encourage you and your family to discuss any care concerns with them and inform them of any physical, mental, or emotional changes.
A licensed physician will oversee your care, although you may not see them as frequently as you did in the hospital. However, our staff members will be in regular contact with your physician, and it’s important for you or your family members to stay in touch with your physician. Our center accepts various payment options, including Medicare, private payment, and most insurance plans. Additionally, some of our centers also accept Medicaid. Please speak with the Admissions Director for more information on Medicare and Medicaid.
